New Chapter Holdings Ltd is a UK software company on a simple mission: build apps that help people work better. We're starting in the coach industry, with CoachPilot for professional drivers and CoachFleet for operators.
The aim throughout is the same:
take the parts of a job that are needlessly hard and make them modern, joined-up and built for purpose.

Coach drivers were navigating with apps that don't know a coach from a car.
Tracking hours in one place, bridges in another, and Googling the rest at the services.
Operators were running skilled, complex businesses on software that felt a decade behind.
The industry deserved better than "make do."
New Chapter Holdings exists to close that gap, one well-made product at a time.

New Chapter Holdings didn't start in tech. Our founder's background runs across IT support, retail, customer service and accountancy, including a pivotal role building a successful accountancy practice. When life took an unexpected turn, the road led somewhere new: the coach travel industry.
Some minds can't leave a problem alone. Sat on a coach one day, ours was doing what it has always done; looking for ways to make the day-to-day easier, to streamline and optimise the bits everyone just puts up with.
That day, there was an idea. Over time it became Coach Pilot. And here we are.

The coach industry is where we're starting, because the need is obvious and we know it well. It won't be where we stop.
There are ideas taking shape in other sectors too; same standard, same obsession with making the hard bits simple.
